Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order a single tee.
How long does it take?
We dispatch within 3–4 working days of you approving your proof, then Royal Mail delivers (48-hour or next-day).
How do I send my logo?
Reply to your order confirmation email with the file. Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF) are best; a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background also works.
Do you embroider?
No. We print with DTF (direct-to-film) transfers and heat-applied vinyl. DTF handles full-colour logos and big back prints and stays soft and flexible.
Will my print last?
Yes, with normal care: wash inside out at 30–40°C, don't tumble dry on high, and don't iron directly on the print.
What's the difference between Chest logo and Chest + back print?
Chest logo is a small print on the left chest. Chest + back print adds a large print across the back.
Do you do quantity discounts?
Yes, applied automatically at checkout: 5% off 5+ pieces, 15% off 10+, 25% off 25+ and 30% off 50+. Our packs are already discounted.
Can I get a colour or garment that isn't listed?
Usually, yes. Our suppliers carry hundreds of styles and colours. Ask us for a quote.
Can I return an item?
Printed items can't be returned for change of mind or wrong size, but if anything is faulty or misprinted we'll put it right. See Returns & terms.
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes, we can send you an invoice to pay by bank transfer instead of paying online. We don't offer credit terms at the moment, so invoices are paid before we start printing. Get in touch to arrange it.
