Terms of service

1. About us. This website is operated by Obsidian Padel Ltd, trading as Obsidian Workwear Co., a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17095976). Registered office and trading address: Unit 60, Oak Field Road, Woolsbridge Industrial Estate, Three Legged Cross, Wimborne BH21 6FE. Email: contact@obsidianpadel.co.uk.

2. Orders. When you place an order you make an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send your proof, and production starts only after you approve it. We may decline an order, for example if artwork is unsuitable or infringes someone else's rights, and will refund you in full.

3. Artwork. By sending us a logo, image or text you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it is not offensive or unlawful. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from artwork you supply. We will not print material we consider offensive or infringing.

4. Proofs. We send a digital proof before printing. Please check spelling, colours, size and placement carefully. We print what you approve and are not responsible for errors in an approved proof.

5. Prices and payment. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at 20% unless stated. Payment is taken in full at checkout. If we agree to send you an invoice instead, it must be paid in full before we start printing; we don't offer credit terms. Quantity discounts are applied automatically where shown.

6. Colours and sizing. Printed colours may differ slightly from screen colours and between print methods. Garment shades can vary between manufacturer batches. Sizes follow the manufacturer's size charts.

7. Delivery. See our shipping policy. Risk passes to you on delivery.

8. Cancellations and returns. Personalised items cannot be returned for change of mind. See our refund policy for cancellations and faulty items.

9. Liability. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability for an order is limited to the price paid for that order. Your statutory rights are not affected.

10. Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
