Refund policy

All our products are printed to order with your logo or design, so they are personalised goods. The 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 does not apply to them, and we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size.

Cancellation: you can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before you approve your proof.

Faulty, damaged or misprinted items: if an item arrives faulty, damaged, or printed differently from the proof you approved, email contact@obsidianpadel.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will reprint the item or refund it, including the original delivery cost. If we ask you to send the item back, we'll cover the return postage.

Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us agreeing the refund.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
