Returns
Everything we sell is printed to your order with your logo or design. Because it's personalised, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. The 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply to personalised goods. Please check the size guide on each product and ask us if you're unsure.
If something's wrong
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or printed differently from your approved proof, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll reprint it or refund you. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel for a full refund any time before you approve your proof. Once printing has started we can't cancel.
Key terms
- Your artwork: by sending us a logo or design you confirm you own it or have permission to use it.
- Proofs: please check spelling, colours and placement carefully. We print what you approve.
- Colours: printed and screen colours can differ slightly. Garment colours can vary between batches.
- Sizes: sizes follow the manufacturer's size chart.
- Prices: prices include VAT at 20% unless stated.
