How to order branded workwear for your team

Crew Drop + Layers pack of tees and hoodies

Ordering kit for a team is easy to get slightly wrong: one size short, the wrong shade of navy, or a blurry logo. Here's the checklist we'd use.

1. Decide what everyone needs

Start with what your team actually wears: tees for summer, a hoodie or softshell for colder days, hi-vis if you're on site, aprons for front of house. If you're not sure, our ready-made packs are a good starting point.

2. Get the sizes right

Ask everyone for their size before you order, rather than guessing. Fits vary between styles (an oversized tee is cut bigger than an everyday tee), so check the description on each product. If in doubt, size up for outer layers.

3. Pick your colours

Each garment comes in its core colours, and other colours are available on request. In our packs you can choose a colour for each garment, for example black tees with grey hoodies.

4. Choose your print

Most garments have a Chest logo option, or Chest + back print for a large print across the back. A back print is the best way to make your business name readable from a distance.

5. Know the costs

  • Prices include VAT and one print.
  • Quantity discounts are applied automatically at checkout: 5% off 5+ pieces, 15% off 10+, 25% off 25+ and 30% off 50+.
  • A one-off logo setup fee is added to orders under £200. It's free on orders of £200 or more, on all packs, and for returning customers whose logo we already have (just log in before you check out).

6. Send a good logo file

After checkout, reply to your order confirmation with your logo. Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS or PDF) are best. A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background also works.

7. Approve your proof

We send a digital proof showing your logo's size and position. Nothing is printed until you approve it, and we dispatch within 3–4 working days after that. More on how it works.
